Description

The Reference Guide section titled "SYSCS_UTIL.SYSCS_REGISTER_TOOL system procedure" only lists a few tools. It should list all of the tools documented by the Tools Guide under "Optional tools". In addition, it should state explicitly that the string arguments are all case-sensitive.
