Can't build Javadoc with JDK 1.8 if explicit j15lib, j16lib and j17lib paths are set

    Details

      Description

We set these library properties to get better compile time checking of old level source using too new library contents. We should be able to build the Javadoc without unsetting them. It works with a JDK 1.7.

Marking reject because I don't think there is a need to build 10.8 with jdk8 at this time. If that changes this could be backported.

(Nit: The bug title should probably have said j15lib, j16lib, j17lib.)

The patch seems to do the right thing in my environment. +1

Uploading a patch that lets me build javadoc with jdk 8 even when explicit j?lib settings are present.
