High Value Fix
Description
Per the discussion in DERBY-5691 there is a theory that Derby could become corrupt with runtime disk compression enabled because Derby only ever expects to run out of space when expanding a file and otherwise could become corrupt. It would be good to test disk full on Windows with "Compress drive to save disk space" to verify this hypothesis.
