Description

The current space reclamation system does a good job of reusing space if inserts follow deletes and if the
deletes result in freeing complete pages. In other cases unused space can grow in tables and can only
be reclaimed by explicitly calling the compress table interfaces by hand.

As a zero admin database, derby should provide some way to automatically reclaim this space.
