[DERBY-4494] Admin guide shows invalid shutdown command

Description

The section labeled "Shutting down by using the command line" [1] in the admin guide mentions that the following command can be used to shut down a network server:

java -jar derbyrun.jar shutdown [-h <hostname>] [-p <portnumber>] [-user <username>] [-password <password>]

It should have said derbynet.jar. derbyrun.jar does not have a shutdown command.
