Description

The new Reference Manual topic on the ROW_NUMBER function, rreffuncrownumber.dita, is excellent in terms of content. (Sorry, I'm afraid I've lost track of the JIRA issue under which it was filed.) However, it needs a few small corrections just for consistency and correctness of language.
