Description

A user pointed out that the placeholder "databaseURL" is used on p. 17 of the Getting Started Guide PDF without any context. The URL concept is mentioned briefly several pages before, on p. 14, but is not fully introduced until p. 21. Terminology should be more consistent, and some cross-references are needed.
