Description

Copyeditting nit: At the start of "Big Features", the release is called
"10.3.1.0. beta" rather than "10.3.1.0 beta". This could be
fixed if the summary section came from releaseSummary.xml and if the
<releaseID/> tag were used in place of the hard-coded release name.

DERBY-2729: This issue is hard to understand from the release note.

DERBY-2386: Last sentence of Symptoms section is hard to understand.

DERBY-2330: This is called out as an issue which needs a release note,
but it doesn't have a release note

DERBY-2264: Spurious "be be" in Symptoms section. Also, the link to this issue
has an incoherent summary line; this was originally
caused by a bug in the pamphlet generator. That bug was fixed by
revision 548783

DERBY-1610: Summary line needs some re-wording.
