Description

JDBC4 specifies that SQLTimeoutException should be thrown. From the
Javadoc:

> public class SQLTimeoutException
> extends SQLTransientException
>
> The subclass of SQLException thrown when the timeout specified by
> Statement has expired.

We don't use this subclass currently.
