Description

Add a encryption of an un-encrypted database and re-encryption of encrypted database test case to the upgrade test. Please see DERBY-1156 for details about re-encryption feature.

re-encrytpion test cases will be added to run only when test is executed using jar files. Upgrade test mixes the old version of derby classes in the jar files and the new classes when run under code-line using classes.; This cause boot time error when databases is encrypted ( This kind of mixing different version of classes is not supported , see DERBY-1898) .
