      Description

Idea is to drop objects based upon input from DatabaseMetaData or Derby system catalogs where the meta data is insufficient.

Would allow Junit tests to share databases.

Can be incrementally developed and used, e.g. first step drop all views. Then tables etc. etc.

CleanDatabaseSetup successfully cleans databases now including functions and synonyms and cases where tables and other objects afre dependent on each other.

CleanDatabaseTestSetup now exists but more work is needed to handle dropping functions, synonyms and handling dependencies between objects.
