The OWB 1.1.4 tests against TestControl have been failing for a very long time. See this test output: https://builds.apache.org/job/DeltaSpike%20OWB%201.1.4/org.apache.deltaspike.modules$deltaspike-test-control-module-impl/256/testReport/

It's clear that the test control module works fine, and this is likely some issue within that specific OWB release (other versions are OK). We should execlude these tests on 1.1.4
