      Description

      When you export a database from MySql (which i tried) and import it into a Derby database, if one of the tables includes a field with LONGTEXT type, it converts it into LONGVARCHAR but when you insert data in that table, it throws an exception about the size limitations. If you manually change it to CLOB data type in Derby, it successfully inserts data. I think if type is LONGTEXT it must be matched to CLOB in Derby. I do not know exact size for field which creataes a problem for it.

      in mysql:
      CREATE TABLE TEST (
      TXTFIELD LONGTEXT
      )

      in derby, it must be:
      CREATE TABLE TEST(
      TXTFIELD CLOB
      )
