Description

This is a patch to get the DdlUtils build working with Maven 2. I am a Maven PMC member so I hope this helps.

Note there are a bunch of test failures. It is using hsqldb 1.8.0.4 for tests and this obviously could fail if you were depending on behavior in 1.7.x.x.
