Description

Preconditions:
1. Project is created

Steps to reproduce:
1. Stop project from DLab UI

Actual result:
1. Project remains in 'Deactivating' status
2. Project is NOT stop

Expected result:
1. Project changes his status from 'Active' to 'Not Active'
