Preconditions:
1. Notebook is created

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to SSN via ssh

Actual result:
Docker of resource status is executed with '1' (view 'Available lib list.png' in attachment)
Expected result:
Docker of resource status is executed with '0'

The same error appears if get available lib list (view 'Resource status.png' in attachment) and custom image creation (view 'Custom image.png' in attachment)
