Description

Preconditions:
1. User is logged in DLab
2. There is at leats one project which is not assigned to current user

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to 'Resources list' page
2. Click ' + Create new' button
3. Click 'Select project' drop down list

Actual result:
User can choose project which are NOT assigned to him

Expected result:
User can choose project which are ONLY assigned to him
