Preconditions:

1. Billing is available

 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Set limit from 75% to 99% of actually used
2. Logout
3. Login

 

Actual result:

Warning concerning limit (that user is closed to quota ) is absent

 

Expected result:

Warning concerning limit (that user is closed to quota ) is present
