Description

It was checked only for remote kernel. I could not check for local kernel due to bug: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DATALAB-2577

Preconditions:

1. Data Engine is created on Jupyter

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Jupyter UI
2. Run Flight Data Preparation Py3 or AIRBNB playbook for remote Py3 kernel

Actual result:
1. Play book running fails

The code failed because of a fatal error:
	Error sending http request and maximum retry encountered..Some things to try:
a) Make sure Spark has enough available resources for Jupyter to create a Spark context.
b) Contact your Jupyter administrator to make sure the Spark magics library is configured correctly.
c) Restart the kernel.

Expected result:

1. Playbook running is successful

 Kernel restart/playbook shit down does not help
