For Notebook DeepLearning and related clusters java dependencies are absent.

Preconditions:

1. Any cluster is created on DeepLearning

Steps to reproduce:

1. Look at library for DeepLearning
2. Look at library for cluster

Actual result:

1. Java dependency groups is absent

Expected result:

1. Java dependency groups is present
