Description

The bug was found on GCP. Perhaps it's related to other clouds.

Preconditions:

1. Notebook is running

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create Apache Standalone cluster

Actual result:

1. Apache Standalone cluster creation fails

Expected result:

1. Apache Standalone cluster creation is successfully
