Description

Preconditions:

1. User is located on List of resources page

Steps to reproduce:

1. Click on Information icon
2. Click on Release Notes link

Actual result:

1. 404 error appears for Release Note
2. Branch name is Unknown

Expected result:

1. The latest release note is open successfully
2. Branch name is the name from which DataLab is deployed
