Description

Preconditions:

1. Environment is created

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Configuration page
2. Restart Provisioning/Self-service/Provisioning services 

Actual result:

1.  Service does not restart

2. 404 error appears

Expected result:

1.  Service restarts

2. 404 error doe not show up
