Description

Preconditions:

1. EMR is in running status in DataLab Web UI and in cloud console

Steps to reproduce:

1. Terminate only EMR master from cloud console
2. Wait according to scheduler status checking

Actual result:

1. EMR is still in running status in DataLab Web UI

Expected result:

1. EMR is in terminated status in DataLab Web UI
