Preconditions:

1. SSN is created
2. 'Manage roles' popup is open

 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Click 'role' drop down list

 

Actual result:

'View Full billing Report For All Users'  is present in drop down list

Expected result:

'View Full billing Report For All Users'  is absent in drop down list
