Description

1. 'Refresh' option should not clear data in calendar in 'Billing report' page - 
2. Refresh' option should not change the values by place -  It will be done by the task https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DLAB-1926
3. Refresh' option should not hide the other points in selected drop down list 
4. Show node count, version for EMR and Dataproc in computational popup  it will be done by the task https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DLAB-1916
5. If total number of slaves contains more than one node do not show 'amountxsize' in 'Instance size' drop down list in billing report page, just show 'size' 

    For version EMR and Dataproc in the computational popup need changes from Backend
