Preconditions:
1. Environment is created on local endpoint

Steps to reproduce:
1. Disconnect the last endpoint

Actual result:
1. Environment is terminated on local endpoint
2. All resources are disappeared in 'List of resource' page

Expected result:
1. Environment is terminated on local endpoint
2. All resources are not disappeared in 'List of resource' page
