Description

Preconditions:

1. RStudio is created on GCP
2. Spark cluster is created on RStudio

Steps to reproduce:

1. Terminate spark cluster

Actual result:

1. Spark cluster is terminated
2. Remote kernel is still available in the list

Expected result:

1. Spark cluster is terminated
2. Remote kernel is not available in the list
