Description

Preconditions:

1. SSN is created on GCP
2. Project is created

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to 'List of resource' page
2. Click '+ Create new' button
3. Choose valid project, endpoint

Actual result:

1. JupyterLab template is absent for creation

Expected result:

1. JupyterLab template is present for creation
