Description

As an admin I want to assigned/unassigned user to a project for which I am an admin so that I can easily manage of adding users to a group.

Acceptance criteria:

1. Admin can assigned/unassigned user to group of which he is admin
2. Admin cannot assigned/unassigned user to group of which he is not admin

   ---

NOTE: 1. Could one group has more than one admin?

2. Could one admin has more than one project?
