Description

Preconditions:

1. SSN is created on AWS
2. External endpoint is created on GCP
3. Notebook1/cluster1 are created on GCP external endpoint
4. Notebook2/cluster2 are created on AWs external endpoint

Steps to reproduce:

1. Refer the notebook1/cluster1 link
2. Refer the notebook2/cluster2 link

Actual result:

1. Links for one notebook/cluster are loaded successfully

2. Links for the other notebook/cluster are not loaded successfully

Expected result:

1. All notebook/cluster links are loaded successfully
