Description

1. Make Endpoint url unique per DLab.

If such endpoint is already added convey error message :

"Endpoint url with this address already exists in system"

2.  Endpoint name and endpoint url should be case insensitive.

3. Change error message for name 'Endpoint with passed name already exist in system' -> 'Endpoint with this name already exists in system'
