Description

Disconnection endpoint does not terminate existing resource if user does not check off the appropriate checkbox.

Confirmation dialog:
'<Endpoint_name> will be disconnected. '
Convey all related notebooks with their projects. 
checkbox 'Do not terminate all related resources'

'All connected computational resources will be terminated as well'

 Do you want to proceed?'
