Description

Preconditions:

1. More than one project are created
2. All projects are in active statuses

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to manage environment popup
2. Choose stop Project1

Actual result:

1. api/project is used

2. All icons  are disabled for another projects on Manage environment popup

Expected result:

1. api/project/managing

2. All icons  are enable for another projects according to their statuses
