Description

Preconditions:

1. Notebook is running
2. Edge node is stopped

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to 'Manage environment' popup
2. Click 'Stop'project

Actual result:

1. Edge_node changes status stopped->stopping->stopped on environment management page

Expected result:

Edge_node status is stopped on environment management page
