Description

 As an admin I want to add/remove certain user in/from group or particular group in order to choose certain instance shapes for Notebooks per group via Dlab UI.

 

Acceptance criteria:

1. only Admin can add a user in a group
2. only Admin can  remove a user from a group
3. only Admin can add new group
4. only Admin can delete a group
5. only Admin can choose certain instance shapes for Notebooks per group
