Description

1. Computational resource name should not exceed 7 symbols.
2. Alter an error message in case of computational resource name exceeds 7 symbols.

'Cluster name cannot be longer than 7 characters and can only contain letters, numbers, hyphens and '_' but can not end with special characters.'
