Preconditions:
1. Only SSN is created

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to a 'Project' page

Actual result:
1. 'Upload' and 'Generate' button have different style

Expected result:
1. 'Generate' button has the same size as 'Upload' button
2. 'Generate' button has the same color as 'Upload' button
