Preconditions:

1. Project is created

Steps to reproduce:

1. Terminate a project

Actual result:

1. Docker executes with '0'
2. There is an error in docker logs
3. Project status is 'Deleted' on Dlab UI
4. Project status is 'running' on Azure console

Expected result:

1. Docker executes with '0'
2. There is no error in docker logs
3. Project status is 'Deleted' on Dlab UI
4. Project is not on Azure console
