Preconditions:

1. SSN is created

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a project

Actual result:

1. Project is created (docker executed with '0')
2. Project status is still in 'creating' status

Expected result:

1. Project is created (docker executed with '0')
2. Project status is in 'active' status
