Description

Preconditions:

1. Apache Zeppelin/Jupyter is in running status

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create EMR on Apache zeppelin

Actual result:

EMR configuration fails

Expected result:

EMR is created

From the second and the other attempts EMR is configuring successfully ONLY on the same notebook.
