Description
According to Section 16 of the DFDL spec for occursCountKind:
stopValue means look for a logical stop value which signifies the
end of the occurrences. The stop value is specified with the
occursStopValue property, and it is a schema definition error if that property is absent when 'stopValue' is used.
Currently, there is no error when occurs occursCountKind='stopValue' and the occursStopValue property is missing.
