Blocker Description
This 6-bit charset encoding is needed. Suggested name ICAO-6-bit.
The bit order is mostSignificantBitFirst.
Each 6-bit group encoded:
- 0 = no statement (NUL)
- 1..26 = “A”..”Z”
- 27-31 = not used
- 32 = “ “ (Space character)
- 33-47 = not used
- 48..57 = “0” (number)..”9”
- 58-63 = not used
