Description

cdutz was verifying a daffodil release, and noticed we do not provide a URL for navigating back from the passera source to the original github location we derived it from.

At minimum this github URL belongs in the README.md in the passera source in daffodil-lib.

There may be other places (notices files?) where this should go as well to make reviewing the release easier.
