Description

TravisCI tries to download Oracle JDK 11 from oracles website. Recently Oracle updated something and now that download fails:

https://travis-ci.community/t/cannot-install-oracle-jdk-11/3892

Reports are that OpenJDK11 works fine, and is virtually the same. We should just swith to that.
