[DAFFODIL-2073] Contact information in README.me is incorrect

Description

The README.md file in the daffodil root directory and in the daffodil-cli directory has two issues related to getting help that need to be fixed:

• They reference the user@d.a.o email address, but it should be users@d.a.o
• They reference HipChat. This is defunct, and isn't even heavily used. We should remove this and just point people to the mailing lists instead.
