Description

People should really be using the KEY file at https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/incubator/daffodil/KEYS instead of the one in the repo or in the source release.

Probably the right solution is to add a .gitattributes file that uses the export-ignore flag on the KEYS file. This will cause the git archive commnd to ignore that file when generating releases.
