Description

There is an IP-Clearance page that we're supposed to maintain, in a SVN repo here.

This has no entry at all for Daffodil.

These XML files are used to create this overall IP Clearance status page:

I believe we have completed all these steps, so this is a matter of just filling in status indicating that these steps have been taken.

Here's a page for a project that has updated it to reflect completion of these steps. Perhaps we should do something similar, which is just to put various CONFIRMED bolded text into the various items with descriptions of how the requirements were met.
