      org.apache.daffodil.exceptions.Abort: Invariant broken: RelativePathExpression.this.steps2.apply(0).isInstanceOf[org.apache.daffodil.dpath.Up]

      DFDL file dfdl:occursCount="{./Reg_Count}"

      should be dfdl:occursCount="{../Reg_Count}"
