Description

Things to do:

• Remove old files/cruft that might make switching to the Apache license more complicated
• Switch the the apache.org namespace, including directory layout, packages, and namespaces
• Change the name to Apache Daffodil (incubating) where appropriate, this may require changes to how versioning works since the version must now include "-incubating"
